GRAPHICS TECHNICIAN
SummitWest Signs is looking for an experienced graphics techician to join our team. Located in Gilbert, Arizona (Phoenix Metro Area); we are a commercial sign company that is growing as fast as Phoenix. We are ranked in the top ten largest sign companies in Arizona and we anticipate breaking into the top 5 this year. Our primary emphasis is architectural signs and commercial signs. But, we also operate a retail sign shop for local and walk-in business.
SummitWest Signs is a full-service commercial sign company serving the American southwest for over 15 years. We have produced sign solutions for clients in Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico and Texas. In addition to our main facility in Arizona, we also have a sales office in Las Vegas, Nevada.
We are looking for someone with particular experience in any of the following areas:
Vinyl Graphics ---Design/Layout ---Cutting and Applying Digital Graphics ---Preflight ---Wide Format Inkjet Printing ---Wax Thermal Printing (Gerber Edge) Software ---SignLab ---Gerber Omega ---Onyx Postershop ---Adobe Illustrator ---CorelDRAW ---Adobe Photoshop Finishing ---Laminating (Hot and Cold) ---Mounting ---Packaging Customer Service ---Dealing with Walk-in Customers
The ideal candidate will possess a variety of skills in several of the above areas. Our Graphics Department Team is made up of individuals who can carry the load in many areas. They work together to get jobs done, pitching in and doing whatever is necessary. While very seldom does any one person exhibit proficient skills in every one of the above areas, the wider the experience a candidate has, the greater the consideration will be given.
This department services the needs of both our local and walk-in clientele as well as the commercial sign manufacturing operations of our company.
